Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sattar Luxury Lines! By subscribing to our monthly membership service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Membership and Subscription

  • 1.1 Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and older. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
  • 1.2 Subscription Plans: Memberships are offered on a monthly basis and renew on the 1st of every month automatically unless canceled (in accordance with Section 6).
  • 1.3 Membership Account: Members are required to create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.

2. Service Availability

  • 2.1 Routes and Schedules: The service operates on predefined routes and schedules, subject to change with prior notice. Members will be notified of changes via email, text, or phone.
  • 2.2 Service Limitations: The service is subject to availability and may experience delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. Refunds or credits for disruptions are addressed in Section 5.

3. Membership Benefits

  • 3.1 Access: Members enjoy daily round-trip rides (Monday-Friday) on designated routes and designated times during active membership periods.
  • 3.2 Amenities: The service may provide luxury amenities such as Wi-Fi, reclining seats, charging ports, AC/Heat, overhead luggage compartments, and restrooms. Availability of amenities may vary and is not guaranteed.
  • 3.3 Designated Seat & Shared Membership: Members can reserve their preferred seat during sign-up (subject to availability). Membership can also be shared with one other person.

4. Fees and Payments

  • 4.1 Membership Fees: Membership fees are billed monthly on the 1st of every month and must be paid in full to maintain access to services.
  • 4.2 Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and other methods specified during sign-up.
  • 4.3 Late or Failed Payments: Failure to process payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  • 4.4 Price Changes: Membership fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Refunds and Credits

  • 5.1 Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of service cancellation by Sattar Luxury Lines.
  • 5.2 Service Disruptions: In cases of significant service disruptions, members may be eligible for prorated credits only towards the next billing cycle, at the discretion of Sattar Luxury Lines.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • 6.1 Cancellation by Member: Members may cancel their membership at any time using our website or by calling our customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • 6.2 Termination by Sattar Luxury Lines: We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of our terms and conditions or misuse of services.
  • 6.3 No Partial Refunds: Early cancellations will not result in partial refunds for the remainder of the billing period.

7. Member Responsibilities

  • 7.1 Conduct: Members must adhere to the Code of Conduct, including maintaining respectful behavior, being on time, and avoiding prohibited items.
  • 7.2 Liability for Damage: Members are liable for any damage caused to vehicles or property due to their actions.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

  • 8.1 Limited Liability: Sattar Luxury Lines is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained during the use of the service.
  • 8.2 Force Majeure: Sattar Luxury Lines is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

9. Privacy Policy

  • 9.1 Data Collection: Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
  • 9.2 Communication: By subscribing, members consent to receive service-related communications via email, text messages, and phone.

10. SMS Terms & Conditions

  • 10.1 SMS Consent Communication: The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • 10.2 Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Sattar Luxury Lines, you may receive messages related to the following:
    • Upcoming Trip
    • Membership renewal or cancellation
    • Billing inquiries
  • 10.3 Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.
  • 10.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. Fees may vary for domestic and international messages.
  • 10.5 Opt-In Method: You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Sattar Luxury Lines by filling out contact us consent form.
  • 10.6 Opt-Out Method: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS you receive. Alternatively, contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

  • 10.8 Additional Options: If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
